"How can you put this kind of money into renovations and serve that food? Its part of a vacation or an experience and should be the best. I love hanging out in airports but not in Rochester! Also we have the same checkered floors at home. When you first install them, the grout leaves black marks. The ONLY way to remove this is diaper wipes and elbow grease. Take the time to do this because your floors look filthy and disgusting. Also your prices are NOT NORMAL!!! When you spend more on Nachos and a drink and it costs more than your flight. You need to figure it out. That's not value!"
"NOT RECOMMENDED. We all expect to pay a little more in the airport, but the food was absolutely horrible for the price. My eggs were hard and overcooked, home fries were tasteless and from frozen, the bacon was paper thin and about 1/2 the width of a normal bacon strip. Service was awful, since there wasn't any: you seat yourself, you scan a QR code to order on your phone and pay on your phone. No host, no servers. Bartender drops your food to the table. I ordered a bottle of cranberry juice (again, on my phone), instead I received a small cup of juice. Bartender told me there were no bottles of juice. This place is a rip off! $25 I'll never get back, and I'm still hungry. Shame on whoever owns & manages this place for false advertising and price gouging!"
"Todd was an excellent server. Very friendly and personable! Drinks were made well and those were the best chicken tenders we’d had in awhile. Only complaint is that the food is expensive, but I don’t expect any less from an airport restaurant!"
"Todd did such a great job checking with us got us drinks promptly. Chicken tenders and fries were some of the best tenders I've had in a while. Fries were hot and crispy had ground pepper on fries which was a little odd but tasted great!"
