Wingstop

"Visited on Superbowl Sunday and expected to be rushed to order on a busy day. I was greeted by LaDarris and was invited to take my time. He made a couple of suggestions for me to try and add on but wasn't pushy. Store was spotless and everyone was focused on what needed to be done. Very inviting, clean, delicious. I'd never visited a Wingstop before and was hesitant being such a busy day. I was very impressed by everything I experienced. I was told that this particular store was under new management and that the best was was yet to come. If this place can do better than they did last night then I will be back and will be back often. Great experience. I highly recommend this spot to all that enjoy wings and great service."

"The workers were backed up and politely reminded us that it will take a minute. We understood and were in no rush. They were short staff and the staff that were present were nothing but kind and trying they best to keep up with the rush of customers. The food was great esp the ranch! Get the ranch yall!!!!!"

"We ordered online for pickup, wings are mid, too much Cajun seasoning on the fries even after specifying “light seasoning”. Ordered extra ranch for the wings and chicken fingers, didn’t get extra ranch but also didn’t get the basic 2 dips that should automatically come with the order. So $40 worth of wings and ZERO dip. Called to notify the restaurant and they hung up on me. Pretty elementary mistake, and deplorable service to add, so yeah, I recommend you skip this place."

"Seeing all the bad reviews really made me very hesitant to even go and try it. Went this morning soon as they opened at 11:00 I received my food at 11:40 which honestly wasn’t too bad. It was piping hot. Chicken was good just missed a little flavor. Corn was amazing!! Chicken tenders are definitely the best. And of course the ranch… definitely is what the hype is about! The ranch is the absolute best ranch I’ve ever had!!!!! Overall the customer service experience was pretty good. The young lady at the front was very nice and helpful and wasn’t rushing us to order. As the day goes on I can see how it can become frustrating. Give it some time after the hype dies down and this will be my new late night dinner!!!"

"Totally disappointed. I thought it would be a restaurant. It's a small place, order your food and go. We waited an hour and 15 for the food and they gave it to us cold. The cold and soft fries. The wings were also cold. My daughter asked for boneless wings of 6 and one of them was very small. We ordered an order of wings with garlic and Parmesan cheese and they only added Parmesan cheese on top and no garlic flavor. I had visited Wing Stop in Pennsylvania and it was a great experience and full of flavor. Wing Stop in Rochester NY was a sad experience."
