"Horrible experience. My family and I were seeing a play at 7:30, and wanted to get dinner here before going. I placed a mobile order at 6:43. Got there about 10 minutes later. I sent my husband in to get the food. There were people in there who had been waiting over 35 minutes. We gave up and left at 7:20 with no food. After the play ended at 9:30, we came back and asked for the food we had paid for but left without. My husband and I went in and talked to the guy at the counter, who was nice about it and agreed to give us our food. Another employee told me he had definitely given me the order, but when I explained that I was not even the person who came to pick it up they remade it. Unfortunately, the order was wrong and my kids are vegetarians, but at this point we did not want to go back a third time so the kids still went home with no dinner. I would never recommend this location, and I would rate it 0 stars if I could. Some of the staff was clearly trying to do their best, but the management here should be ashamed of themselves."

"The worst Taco Bell location ever!! I went late at night and got the worst service I’ve ever received from any fast food chain. My food was cold and they didn’t care enough to give me my sauce. Mind you it was a small order. I won’t be coming back to this location again. Very disappointing. The three star review for this location is generous."

"Every single time I come to the chili ave location in chili it is the worst experience… I use to work at the taco bell on Lyle rd we never had issues. I pulled up to order and the first thing I was told was” we are understaffed it will be about 15-20 minutes before we can take your order”. They’re where 2 cars in line ahead of me and another left informant of me and didn’t even order. And that is what you at taco bell pride yourself off of is your drive thought time. There is not a time I haven’t sat in this specific locations drive though for at least 8 minutes. Isn’t the window time supposed to be less than 3 minutes if i remember from working they’re correct? Please get this location under control this is not okay Taco Bell! Update 10 min later so far 10 cars have left and not ordered due to this."

"I had a very small order of the classic combo. I specifically asked that no sour cream be put into my burrito. It was. I also ordered pintos and cheese. This always has enchilada sauce mixed in the pintos and cheese but there was none whatsoever in my order. I ended my order asking for some “hot” packets at the screen but there were none placed in my bag. Hard to believe that so many mistakes were made on a very very slow Sunday evening and with such a small order to begin with. I’ve been to this location 3 times and I’ve had mistakes made in my order all 3 times. I can’t go back. Please do better."

"This is by far the worst taco Bell I have ever been to, without fail every time I've been there, people are waiting 30 minutes before they will even start your order if you ordered inside, I personally door dash, and the wait for those orders is about the same, there is clearly no management, and the staff has collectively agreed together to just push the boundaries of what can be considered the bare minimum effort. I will never deliver for them again, fire all the staff, remodel the work flow areas and start over would be the smart move for the owner."
