"Rob came from Paris Heating and Cooling to check our furnace and noticed some leakage issues. He was very professional, explained everything thoroughly and recommended a new unit. We could have repaired the current unit but it was 22 years old and I was tired of wondering when it would kick the bucket. Anthony and Dan came out to do the installation and they were both very professional and personable. They were also very careful not to damage our floors while carrying the unit in. Anthony is really knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the unit and the new thermostat. We also like that Paris sells the American Standard brand, as it gets good ratings. To be honest, they did ask me to post this review, but I was happy to do it. Thanks guys!"

"Was having issues with the condenser on my 2 yr old ductless unit. Rather than simply replacing the condenser Ed D. advocated for me with the unit manufacturer and got me a brand new unit. Now THAT is great customer care! Great folks at Paris. Recommend highly."

"We're very happy with our recent experience with Paris Heating and Cooling. Ed Diamond took the time necessary to get to know our home and the peculiarities of its heating system before diagnosing the problems with our old furnace. In the end, he proposed replacing the aging furnace with a heat pump and an air handler that would re-use the old duct system. Ed projects confidence, has a great base of experience, and communicates clearly. On the appointed day, Ed and Anthony arrived right on time. They were neat, quiet, and businesslike all the way, and Ed explained the operation of the new system thoroughly. They were both careful to protect our floors and everything in our home past which they had to carry their tools and equipment. The new system is quiet and easy to live with."

"Ed was extremely helpful and patient during his visit. He walked me through critical maintenance steps that will keep our furnace, AC and humidifier running smoothly. "In a quick summary I strongly recommend Paris Heating and Cooling. Knowledgeable, punctual and overall a great experience. The long story, I had a difficult overnight in which my furnace went out and issues were identified with some of the gas piping. Come morning called Paris and they sent Mike out in about an hour of my call. Mike was very supportive and knowledgeable and was great at walking me through everything. Given the age of my furnace decided to move forward with replacing it. Seeing as I did not have heat Mike and Andy worked some magic to start the job just after lunch time the same day. Additional crew members arrived throughout the day as they finished other jobs to help out. Just an incredible team effort! Had a new furnace and the piping all fixed before dinnertime. To cap it off Ed was wonderful in preparing all of the rebate paperwork so I effectively just had to send it in. Prior to calling Paris I was convinced it would be at least a couple days before I would have heat again and Paris got everything completed same day.
