"I have never seen such a filthy store. I felt dirty after I left. There was mud on the floor and the back door was wide open, and tubs with water from the leaking roof laying around. Totally unfit and dangerous/ I sent notice to the corporate office today, and if I find out how to report that store to local officials I will."
"I came to the dollar general on 2390 Lyell Ave rochester ny on June 17th, 2021 at 8:25am, and the doors were locked. They should have been open at 8am. Came back at 9am and the doors are still locked. They also aren’t answering the phone. I had to travel to another store (that ended up not being a dollar general)which was out of my way to get what I needed for my child. This is unacceptable."
"I want Family Dollar back , and so do many other people in the neighborhood. The place is very unorganized. It was so clean when it first moved in now it's very unorganized the mess grab something from the dollar aisle and got charged $6 for it instead. Nothing is where it's supposed to be and when you need something you have to literally hunt a whole separate aisle where it would probably be. The customer service seems okay but when customers said that it is hot in there there's nothing done about it, things are quite overpriced and once again I will say an organized"
"So much cleaner than Family Dollar, very pleasant very kind and professional customer service and cashiers very peaceful environment they take good care of their store compared to Family Dollar. However they have less desirable wearables then Family Dollar does and prices are a little bit higher than they should be for a dollar store. But I will be returning because it is pleasant and clean and I do like the customer service a lot"
