"Absolutely terrible service , I brought my computer that was slow and having frame rate issues, took 2 days fix and it was worse off then before , not only was it slow it crashed every 5 minutes and now won't even turn on, I brought it back to see if they can repair it and they said there was nothing they could do. I pretty much paid them 200 bucks to break my computer. I'll never use there services again"

Also a Huge Thanks for a great job to the Tech who worked on the screen replacement on my Z Flip 4! A Big Thanks to Santiago for closing everything out at the end. These guys here are sooo busy and you can tell they enjoy what they do and love their job. Store was very clean and i remember being greeted of the times I came in. Thanks so much."
"They said if they couldn't turn it on, they couldn't work on it. They wanted to send it away to have my data recovered. They estimated $50 just to send it, purchase a external hard drive to send with it, and depending on how much data I had, it could be as much as $1000 to transfer my data to the external drive! 0I took it to Computer Works Pro on Ridge Rd in Webster. They opened it up as I watched on the counter and said it sounded like the power supply. They gave me an estimate, but mentioned it was a cheap black Friday deal, and he could tell. He took my hard drive out and checked it and all my data was there! I hadn't lost it. I ended up buying a new computer from them and they transferred all my data for $85."
