"TERRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. Made an illegal debit from my account without my knowledge, and I did not have a receipt for that transaction. He said they emailed me a receipt -- well, normally, when you make a transaction, right away you are given or have access to a receipt, not afterwards. Just walking into this store, my intuition and inner alerts were ringing loudly, (your intuition will always guide you) especially when I handed them my debit card and it was handed off to a man in the back room where he kept my card for close to 20 minutes. (A customer's card should be in their sight at all times) You don't receive a customer's debit card until it is time to run it. SHODDY BUSINESS. LOW PROFESSIONALISM. KEEP YOUR EYES WIDE OPEN WITH THIS ONE AND FOLLOW YOUR INTUITION."
"I had a great experience at this location. Called on the phone and got some information first and later went into the store and everything checked out. The merchandise was delivered the same day and the delivery people were nice and attentive to my home. They did not bang or destroy anything. Oh yeah and the payments were decent."
"Two stars for now. After making my first payment my delivery date comes and they inform me my dresser was "damaged" and they had to wait an unspecified time maybe 2 weeks. My bedframe, mattress, nightstand and mirror were delivered today on time as agreed upon with The manager earlier in the day. He was nice about it... I hope he continues to stand on his word that the dresser will be delivered within the coming month... but after previous videos and reviews im a little scared. I work hard for my money, I plan to pay it off but for my sake and theirs I hope the issue is resolved promptly."
