"I doubt this will be seen by the owner but it just makes me so sad that I can't eat my dinner, because they run out of chicken? How is that possible it's KFC? Waited 15 to 20 minutes after I placed my order and just gave up. When telling the staff this, they seemed like they couldn't even give a damn, that someone that just wanted comfort food on a cold night was going home hungry."
