Tim Hortons

"This is the worst Tim Hortons ever. For some reason they always make you sit at the speaker for 5-7 minutes before telling you your total and to pull up. Ridiculous"

"ive had multiple issues in the drive through here, where they dont say anything when im at the window, so i went inside today to order a coffee and i did not have a mask. every other business i went to had no issue handing me a mask to wear when i walk in. they told me i could not order a coffee without a mask and when i asked for a mask they told me they had none. if you require masks, you should have masks on hand to give to customers that dont have one."

"Ordered a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese. Was more like a warm bagel with traces of cream cheese. I saw the worker put the cream cheese on and then scrap it off so there was just enough to barely taste it. The bagel wasn't even cut in half. This should have never happened. They don't even use Tim Hortons products. Workers will take their time and prioritize socializing with coworkers and friends about non work related topics before serving the customer."

"First when we drove up , we wondered why there were no cars in the drive through. Now we know why, and I'm telling everyone on every social media page I can find. Our order was simple, but we could not hear the girl on the speaker or the total cost. So when we got to the window, we told her we could not hear her, just for a heads up. She was very nasty and with a terrible attitude said 'oh well, that's ok We got it done anyways, didn't we.?' My husband said that she had a poor attitude. She said...' I don't have an attitude' really nasty and cocky. My husband then said.' Can I please speak to a manager?' And she shut the window on him. He parked the car and went in. The manager also had a smirk with a smile and laugh coming from the back room ,obviously got a heads up from the little snotty, nasty young lady. My husband gave his story and the"manager" said ' well, she shouldn't have shut the window on you, I'll just have a talk with her.' This 'manager was also very young. We frequent Tim Horton everyday, needless to say, this left a terrible taste in our mouths. We will tell everyone not to go here to this franchise. And like I said there was not one person in the drive through and a couple of older men sitting together in the dining room! That's it..when have you ever seen that at any other Tim Horton. Now we know why! Btw..if I could have given a zero star rating, that's what I would have done. According to the reviews I just read, nothing has changed in six or seven months! Wow, really!?"
