"I go here during the morning rush, maybe once a week and it’s usually quite busy. Staff is generally friendly, but my order (a bagel, toasted twice, with butter) is right about 1/10 times. Sometimes it’s partially right, and sometimes it’s like I got somebody else’s food. I get that it’s busy, but that’s the job. And the order is rather simple. I pass about three other Tim’s on the way to work, and the traffic to get in and out of them is rough, so I’ll probably just go to Dunkin."
