"They've an extremely friendly staff. They're much less busy than the other tim hortons on Transit Road. They make all the food to perfection and to spite being short staffed as of late they still pump perfect coffee and food out and an extremely impressive rate. Absolutely the best Transit Tim Hortons and the second best overall in the area."

"The workers dropped plastic lids all over the dirty floor. I saw my half made drink placed on the floor in order to pick up the lids that were not thrown away. When I received my food and drink, I felt uncertain about cleanliness. It seemed a huge request to ask for napkins, and then I was only allotted two. Also, my donut was thrown on top of my sandwich, all sqooshed into a bag. As soon as I put the bag on the passenger seat, the donut rolled out! This place is too cheap! Do not go here! The worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to! This franchise should be taken away from the current owner."

"Used to be my normal Horton's until today (9-10-21) guessing new hires. Very rude, argumentative with my husband giving him medium tea when he ordered large (always). Huffed and took the tea's back, 10 seconds later gave him the 2 large's. After getting home, I opened one to stir it up and found a bug floating in the tea. Both went straight into the sink. Never will return to this location."
