"As always, ordered with Mobile App. Ordered from the parking lot so I was not expecting my latte to be ready. They apologized multiple times and on way out the manager gave me a gift card for $4. They truly care about service. I go to Starbucks multiple times a day and have never even been apologized to for my drink not being ready and many times it should have been ready. Keep up the good work."
