"Wish I could put a zero. But I can’t. I ordered three 5 dollar biggie bags. Jr. Bacon cheese burgers. When I went home there was 1/2 piece of 1 slice of bacon. I called the store to ask how many pieces come on the sandwhich. She said two but their running out. I said oh no. Why didn’t you inform me when I was ordering. She said come back I’ll remake it. I said no thank you. I don’t eat from any place that like to serve the bare minimal and try to get away with it .I return to the store. The store manager states she can not refund me any of my money at all. I showed her the full drinks and food in the bags she still refused to refund me. Stating it’s against her general mangers and her policy. I told her it’s illegal to run a business with no refunds. Long story short. No refunds to certain people. Horrible I will be seeing McDonald’s"
"Shoe3d up at 8:46am and all doors were locked. My work truck does not fit through the drive through. My morning was ruined thinking wendys was going to be a good breakfast stop."
"This Wendy's is always as clean as possible. And on top of that, this night (12/24/2023) we experienced that the people at the counter was very patience and kind. Congratulations!!!"
"Ordered 2 combo meals. There were no straws given, forgot dipping sauce for nuggets, and the combo meal I ordered was not good. Fries were doused in salt and the wrap I ordered was basically in the wrapper like not in wrap form, it was bunched up like a ball. When I unrolled it to put it back together, the wrap ripped up into pieces. Normally I don't do reviews but when the price for fast food has skyrocketed to $30 for 2 combo meals, this is unacceptable. Just wanted to share."
"Not the workers fault necessarily, but breakfast is always slow, understaffed, and they get orders wrong. I keep coming hoping it will get better the next time but I haven’t had a single good experience in the mornings here."
