"The breakfast sandwich had the stalest bagel I have ever seen. Served with a stone-cold hash brown. Staff & service was fine. Much better to use Hortons or DD."
"Always hit or miss with the service. The bathrooms were really dirty when I just went, like disgusting. The food was fine and came out fast but there was no line so I'd hope they would be the case. The most recent time the staff was very kind but the time before I had an extremely impatient and really rude lady talk to be like I was bothering her and I was an idiot. So I guess it's just hit or miss."
"Went to the drive thru something was wrong with my order they offer to fix it, i get my new bag and drive off only to realize my fries were pretty much burnt. I know what fresh out the fryer looks like, and this was not it. It was on my path while traveling. Never again, i tell you that much."
"My husband went to your place of business last week around 11:45 am and waited in line to order for dine in. There was one other person in front of him and the counter girl told that person she would be right with her. The girl was putting together orders for the drive though. My husband left after 15 minutes with no service. This happened again this Tuesday (Oct 10, 2023) at the same time. This time he was first in line and there were 6 people behind him. Again, no service after waiting 12 minutes while they prepared orders for the drive through. 2 others left after they saw my husband walk out. Although the Ridgemont location is convenient and we have visited it MANY times in the past. we will NEVER set foot in your place of business again."
"Ordered through mobile. Both BigMacs were made wrong and looks awful. When I called to ask for a replacement after getting home, I was told "All I can do for you is mail you a meal card." We just wanted to eat dinner and now we're out $20 and no food. They refused to replace the food or provide me with a refund. Never going back."
