"As a business owner, I understand the significance of making informed choices post an error. Ordered over the phone a spinach and artichoke pizza, which is not listed as a specialty pizza on the website. I, like many others, would assume spinach and artichoke is made using white garlic sauce. Since this is not a specialty menu item, I should have been asked what sauce was preferred, if white garlic is not the default choice. No clarifying questions were asked regarding sauce choice and I received the pizza with red sauce. After expressing my concerns over the phone, I was informed “that’s how we do it,” and received no resolution or compensation for their error/lack of communication. I conveyed my decision to cease patronage if this was the extent of their “customer service,” and the response I got was a casual "have a good night." It's crucial to invest in businesses that appreciate your patronage and address issues promptly. I won't be making future orders from them."

"The atmosphere is only a two stars because you pick your pizza up there and you leave. There's not much to it. The service is on par with the food for me. The pizza used to be too greasy, but the more you eat it the more you like the grease. So there's that. The pizza does taste pretty good though."

"Don’t order door dash here, on two occasions, the delivery’s ended up being totally wrong or messed up. I know it’s not all their fault but the fault of the door dash employee, however, they don’t put names/receipts on the package and they don’t tape it up to prevent items being touched or falling out. Dont use door dash from this place!!!!!"

"You have to ask for the thin crust, otherwise you get a loaf of bread with sauce and cheese. If that's your thing don't ask for thin. Overall they have a really good sauce, and don't typically over cheese. Typically it's cut better"

"Hello fellow pizza enjoyers, I recently had an outing at around 7:30pm yes I understand they close at 8:00pm but I was really hoping to enjoy my sandwiches with my lady friends sadly we refused to put any of this stuff you call a sandwich into our mouths honestly really disappointing because this is one of my favorite joints I go to and now I’m regretting all of this. All ready got in contact with staff and hopefully they respond with good news. To put icing on the cake I gave them a 5 DOLLAR tip on top of the 25$ I spent. My Grandma can make a better sandwich and she is missing her right arm."
