"What happened to this place? Service is usually very good...no complaints there. For the last several weeks, my cold brews have been pure sugar! Undrinkable and a waste of money. I tried changing the number of sugar I asked for and it makes no difference, they are all too sweet. Any other Tim's location makes it correctly but this one. I tried one last time today and it is the last time I'll go there. I went to Dunkin' down the road for the past week and they have yet to make my order incorrectly. Such a shame and my loyalty has shifted to DD."
"Visited this place back in Sept 2022 on my way to Niagara falls. Had ordered timbits and mocha latte but unfortunately their latte machine wasn't working that day. The staff though is very polite which is the total opposite to what I usually see in the NYC area. Timbits were good and the mocha would have been better had the latte been there but nevermind it was a great experience. What I really loved was the locals greeting us around here and trying to strike a small talk. I loved the culture and the countryside vibe of this small town."
