"Every time I have gotten a sub for our family, which is quite often, the bread is hard and way over cooked."
"There's a lady named Terri that works there (usually mornings) and the way she goes about asking questions is rude. I had 2 subs made and she asks me "will you need more subs after this one?" . It wasn't asked nicely, more sarcasm and jokingly. But what gets me with her every time is when I get a breakfast sub, I like veggies on mine. She'll ask if you want salt, pepper or hot sauce. No! I want veggies on mine and once you say that, her response back is "oh you know this a breakfast sub, when some people order they forget that they're doing a breakfast one". Oh you're right, I forgot what time of day it was! Stupid me, no, I know what time of day it is and know what I'm putting on MY sub. I also know that she needs to go. She's rude."

"Bread was hard. My 6" sub was actually about 3". No joke. The butt of the bread. The line was super slow and they had one lady working the lunch shift on a Saturday."
