"Wow. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Young girl with an ear pod in her ear. Not one word. Sunday December 3 at 1:37. This girl needs to be fired ASAP. I have never seen something like this literally ever. And I worked for this company many years ago. I’ve worked in fast food for 15 years before I moved on. I’ve never seen this. Fire this girl asap she is a customer service nightmare. Lost my business"
"went through drive thru, asked for my receipt never got it. no big deal. get to the next window handed me my drink and then the wrong order. I go inside and tell them, get my stuff and realize this time NO FRIES. $15 an HR and they cant handle a $7 order"
"Service can be hit or miss. For the most part, it is good. They seem to be understaffed a bit, which I don't see as their fault but upper management issue. Update: their staffing seems to be better, and the drive-through isn't as bas as it was."
"As far ac McDonald's goes... This one is top notch. Compare this place to any other McD's I've been to? This one; in small town NY, comes out on top. Condiments evenly distributed on my burger? Yes!! Fries full to the top (and cooked correctly) Yes!! Staff polite? Yes and YES. Thanks guys.. All fast food places have gotten worse and worse throughout the last 10 or so years, but at least at this place, it seems someone cares enough to train the workers well and keep morale up. High 5 guys."
