"This place is committing fraud. They call you and tell you they want to talk to you about a job you applied for on CareerBuilder. I confirmed with the screener the position we were discussing and the company (it was not AIL and it was not a "management trainee" job). She set an appointment with me and when I show up it's a cheesy little insurance office. I confirm at the front desk that I am there to meet about a specific executive level position and she goes back to talk with someone and then confirms that yes, I am in the right place. I then go back and discover that it's for AIL's "management trainee" program. If this is how they get their sales people, imagine how they must treat their customers. By the way, at least two of the 5 star reviews are from someone who works there. Jakob Morris was supposed to be the person with whom I was to meet (he was a no show) and Nick Martocci was the person I met. I would suggest avoiding these folks at all cost."

"I applied for a Customer Service Manager position, and was subsequently contacted for an interview. Upon arriving at the office for said interview, I was disturbed by the somewhat disreputable feel for their office. The floors were stained, the hall was filled with the stench of a broken toilet and there was a line of people all apparently there for the same interview at the same time. Of notable absence was the office space necessary to host a customer service staff. The office consists of two small rooms, the lobby and a presentation area. When I was called back for the "interview", some kid asked me how much money I wanted to make and if I would work for the same company for 10-15 years. That was it. They also disclosed that the job was not a Customer Service Manager position, but some nonsense about executive development path trainees. I tried to ask questions about the job, but these were all avoided in a most discourteous fashion. I was told that everything would be explained in a subsequent group interview. The group interview consisted of an employee hired less than one year ago presenting a broken Power Point slide show (his video wouldn't load after three attempts) about how they want to teach us how to make six figure incomes. It took more than 30 minutes for them to even hint at what the job was. Once I realized it was door to door insurance sales, I finally walked out. Avoid this business like the plague."
