"She may be a competent veterinarian, but she lacks bedside manners. As she is walking out the door from our room, she said that if things didn't work out with my 5 month old German Shepherd she has a friend who just lost his GS and would be happy to take my dog. Then she said, sarcastically, that she's sure things will work out with my trainer. The vet technician documented that I was having trouble training my dog, but what I said is she's doing great, but need to work on her jumping on people, which I will be addressing with trainer. My dog wouldn't sit for the vet technician and she kept pushing on her back end and yelling sit down. They took my dog out of the room I was in to another room for her check-up. I left in tears. Cost me $500 to be treated as though I wasn't properly taking care if my dog."

"Dr. Martin recently took care of my dog Ella after a snake bite. From the time i walked in, with my dog still in the car, the staff took it very seriously. After getting Ella inside and into a room for observation, Dr. Martin immediately came and talked with me about what is going on and what is going to happen. Ella fortunately came home the next day after Dr. Martin was caring enough to take her home with her for the night to make sure she was okay through the night. Ella has since been doing great and i cant thank Dr. Martin enough."

"I love Dr. Martin and her staff. Dr. Martin has been taking care of my Oscar since I got him as a puppy, 14 years ago. Her calm and quiet demeanor kept Oscar calm as she cared for him during our last visit. Dr. Martin also takes care of our husky, Leo too. (Sorry about all the hair he left behind). Dr. Martin always explains what she is doing and what she is concerned about. She listens carefully to your concerns and goes over them with you, no matter how small. Dr. Martin is truly wonderful and so is her staff!"
