"The new location is nice, but so much smaller than the old Western location, and I was very disappointed in women's footwear select. Only 3 or 4 aisles for women. Over 2/3 of the store was men's. Need more women hiking boots and brands... please! The staff and checkout were friendly."

"My first visit to the store was pretty good! My only issue with this location is that it is extremely small and crowded. I knocked over 3 stacks of shoe boxes that were on the floor rather than the shelf (a little embarrassing). With how cluttered the area was I found it difficult to find what I was looking for. Eventually I ended up finding the style of boot I was needing (yay)! They have a great variety of style, brands, and prices. All higher-end brands so more expensive side, but I find it worth it for shoes that will last a long time. Also, the employee who rang up my items was so kind and sweet!"
