"my fiancée and i came in today with a ton of designer clothing and some brand name in good to brand new condition, we waited over an hour to be told that our clothes were in "bad condition." there was not a loose thread on one item, and they even turned down clothes with tags on them. huh? we are simply perplexed. i wouldn't try to sell your clothes here as it is a complete waste of time, it seems the store cannot even afford to buy clothes which shows how poor their business must be, and i see why. it didn't even look like they looked through our items. take your business elsewhere."

"I am just curious after reading all of these reviews , should I have came here to sell my items ?? Seems to be alot of ups and downs!! I wasn't expecting to wait but I do understand that. "This location has gone down hill fast. I used to be one of their top vintage resellers. Yet today, an hour and a half later, I am told they were taking 5 items and giving me $16. What's laughable is the $3 I was offered for a Travis Scott hoodie...The short gal running things obviously doesn't have a clue as she's only seen to be audibly giggling in the back and lowballing people. Pretty sad."

"I was given an estimated time of 30 to 45 minutes to finish going through about 30 items of clothing and I've waited well over an hour. A pet peeve of mine is not respecting others time. If you give an estimated sum of time...stick to it. Always over estimate. People have things going on and depend on businesses to be accurate with these kinds of things. I have other feelings about my wait but this is more assumption based so I won't add that. They took 11 items in the end (one of which was a $80 1 year old Colombia jacket that I am too small for now after losing 40 pounds) and I was offered $39 cash or $56 store credit. As much as I used to like Planet Xchange I just feel they've gotten really cheap. I'd rather give my stuff away at KARM where at least my stuff will go towards feeding people less fortunate and not towards paying employees to hang put and chat.."

"I was so curious as to how this place didn’t take any of my items that I brought in that were in good condition and name brand. After reading the reviews and the owner’s response to the reviews I understand now. I also worked at a resale shop before so I know EXACTLY how the process works. They told me my stuff was not the right brand and not in good condition but if I washed it and brought it back they would look again. Well which is it? Do you not like the brand or does it smell weird or what? (I mean I know it didn’t smell but who knows what they thought.) Also that’s the go to answer when they really don’t care to even look at your stuff. I know because I also used to have to tell people this. I had such high hopes for this place since the employee I spoke to was so nice. Maybe my clothes just looked too “privileged” for their style. Oh well. Now I know to never go back!"
