"I went to this American Eagle at the mall, and let me tell you how awful it was. First off, there were workers standing around and chatting with only one on the register with a really long line. Also, no one was standing by the dressing room helping people and you had to walk to the registers and ask someone there. Overall the service was terrible and they need new workers with better customer service."
"I love AE jeans but seriously hire people with a positive attitude. The heavy set blonde dude with curly hair that checked me out didn't say a word to me but just rung me up and threw my receipt in the bag and pushed it across the countertop. What a miserable human being..."
"They left the Anti theft Tag in my clothes and created some very embarrassing problems for us, in every other store we went to after that. Alarms sounded each time that we left a store. I had to go back and had them do their job properly by removing the Tag..... very disappointed"
"Went in today and Kaitlyn was so helpful and sweet. My friend and I were trying on different outfits in the dressing room and Kaitlyn offered to get us different sizes in things that didn't fit properly; she let us know alternate options to get the clothes that they did not have in store by ordering at the register for ship to home in the sizes we needed. Her customer service skills are top notch and I thoroughly appreciated the help she gave my friend and I. Thank you Kaitlyn!"
"Very helpful staff!! I ordered a pair of jeans online, but got the wrong size. Took them into the store to exchange them. The staff was so helpful!! She hunted until she found the exact size & style I needed!! Will definitely be going again!!!"
