"The music player was turned up too loud. When I complained and asked them to turn it down we were told the remote was in the manager’s office locked up. Manager was out gone to run an errand. Ordered a waffle to share with my husband plus 2 plates of food. Waffle came first. 10 minutes later my husband gets his food. 10-15 minutes later I get my plate with the wrong side. They take it back and bring back cold hash browns. Then I noticed that the ham in my omelette was burnt. One side of every piece of ham was burned. Total let down on the quality and timing of the service."
"This is the best Waffle House I have ever been to. The staff have a great energy and work together so well. They speak to everyone that walks into the door. Food is always on par. If you get a chance to go in on a Saturday morning football game day it’s a treat to be in that atmosphere!"
"Stopped on our way home from the GNR Concert in Knoxville. Even though there was only one waitress and one cook, they did an excellent job making certain we had what we needed and served us a great tasting meal. These two had a smiling faces and a great attitude the whole time even though it became packed very quickly. They deserve a huge shout out!"
"We stopped in for lunch around 12 today. The food was actually really good! The prices have went up since the last time I ate at Waffle House. I don’t mind it thought because like I said the food was good. All the employees were really nice and sweet as well. It was a great time."
