"Well the YG gang decided to visit the kinda new alcoa location, and geez you would have thought luke combs was eating inside it was so dang busy. I forgot to take pictures of our dinner, but my step dad got prime rib cooked medium and it literally looked like they tossed it on the grill for about 10 seconds and put it on his plate. My daughter got a cheeseburger with only ketchup and fries but it was a cheeseburger with lettuce, onion, tomato, and no ketchup. Baked potatoes tasted like they had been under a heat lamp since noon and our waitress would come around once every 15-20 mins. Not impressed with this new location or service at all. I hardly give bad reviews, but this one left me no choice. Alcoa Texas Roadhouse, get y'all's stuff together baby!"
"Quite impressed with the service at this location. It was packed at 11 am on a Sunday. We waited about 10 minutes for a table. Our server was at our table right away. Everything came quickly but was still hot and fresh. I had the crispy chicken salad and my husband had portobello chicken with corn and a salad, we had four rolls and water...total $36."
"Baked potato was hard as a rock, don’t even think it was cooked! Everybody but one person was given a refill, and only once the meal was gone did a refill come! Not sure why we thought desert was going to be a good idea, but we were there to celebrate our son. This was the ice cream brownie we got. Soup. Disappointed to say the least."
"We just had the best dinner tonight 10/19/2023. The service was superb and the food was fantastic. We both had the Prime Rib medium rare and they were cooked perfectly. Every table in the restaurant was sat at but still was able to get in and out in less than an hour."
"We love Texas Roadhouse and this location was no different. After being seated and given a basket of the best homemade rolls, our waiter Austin took care of everything else. He even took the time to visit with us for a little bit. I ordered the Barbeque Chicken with a side of corn and a house salad. All the food was delicious. We enjoyed our visit at this restaurant and would definitely recommend the Texas Roadhouse if you are in the area."
