"I love this store. I always find hidden gems whenever I visit the two locations in my area. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The stores are always clean and look nice and organized."

"The prices are not reasonable for used goods. I only shop here as my last resort. I bought a couch recently and my husband went the next day to pick it up. As soon as he arrived, they were quite rude to him. They asked him if he made an appointment to pick it up and informed him he had to load it himself and that he had to have his own help. They said they couldn't help. He is 74 years old and they never said we had to load it ourself when I purchased it. Very disappointing."

"The only positive of Karm stores now is that they are well organized. For a Christian based thrift store focused on community, the pricing is outrageous. Some items are cheaper at Walmart, and most items only have about a 10% discount from New. I'm disappointed by this blatant cash grab."

"It's really a nice store to shop in. Everything is so organized and well thought out on display. I was told the manager is responsible, so kudos to them. We'll make it a regular visit on our trips to appointments now."

"If I could rate it 0 stars I would. Went to check the new store out yesterday. The only thing I was looking for was basic black leggings. Either in an xl girls or small womens. There were several people on the floor putting things away the donated items. I eventually found what I was looking for, I didn't want to bother said employees in thier conversations with other employees. All the prices were ridiculously high. A pair of basic black leggings were about $10. This is used items! Donated items! Some may be priced right, like some name brand clothing or antiques but faded glory basic black leggings aren't even $10 new, they are closer to $4-6. They should be ashamed!!!! No one struggling in this economy can shop at thrift shops if they are all going to be this corrupt! Hopefully people will stop going so they shut down. Please don't donate or shop here. Support the smaller more reasonable shops."
