"They throw away perfectly good items and lock the dumpsters now so people can't salvage them. Maybe donate those items to people who can actually use it. I thought thrift stores were supposed to do good for underprivileged people. Instead they upcharge for their items and throw away what doesn't sell. Disgusting."
"Place is run down and very dark and dirty not very inviting! I've been to a lot of Goodwill's and this one is not very well taken care of. I will say the employees were very nice and attentive."
"Something needs to be done to address the drop -off area because it's disgusting. It was honestly hard to even drive by on the road with all the litter everywhere. Moreover, I have never had anyone offer me a receipt at drop-off or offer any assistance. KARM has a much better system with someone always outside to immediately process the items."
