"I have been waiting, in horrible pain, for nearly 10 months for a common surgical procedure to be scheduled. I call multiple times a week every week. I have received 1 callback ever! The call was from the surgeon, who scheduled my surgery, only for it to be promptly cancelled by an admin a few days later. I’m laying in bed in pain waiting for a callback for most of a year so I can get my life back. For shame."

"I'm giving this 3 stars only due to the previous care givers I've had here , other than one who was an aggressive maniac and has been let go . The front office should not be your first impression . I've always felt it leaves room for mucho improvement. Lots of attitude, lethargy, and gossip that can be heard. My last care giver has bailed . During the pandemic I have tried to stay as healthy as possible and its been a challenge. Dr Douglas made it easier , I have to say, but he is gone . In the past 2 weeks I have tried to get refills on meds to no avail. The woman I've spoke to on the phone as been attentive enough but I have no refills not has anyone reached out . Yes , I understand , maybe more than most , that the loss of a physician caregiver is great but I am not in admin . I'm a patient. I also happen to live in Brooklyn. I d k how other clinics are faring . I'm not their patient. If this review brings negative repercussions, so be it . I've been very patient (no pun intended) for awhile."

"8/6/20 This is a top named hospital . When you go in to have surgery , you would expect everyone to be on point including those in charge of changing catheters. How is this leaking all over the place and staff is asking for patients to wait to the next shift ? Explain how this makes sense for a top named hospital . Come on Mt. Sinai ... take care of the people that elect to come into your hospital ."

"I wish I could give ZERO star. My doctor referred me to CAM for sonogram. I really had a bad experience with a tech, her name is Zung Kane. She really needs to educate herself how to treat patients. She is very rude, unprofessional and aggressive. Maybe she doesn’t like her job, but that’s not how to treat people. If you don’t like your job then just quit. I don’t know how this place hired this kind of person. NEVER going back again."
