"This is the worst place for medical care that I have ever known in my entire life. Recession people are totally bad educated, messy, they don't want to serve in Spanish, the nurses don't provide good service and speak very badly to pregnant women. Thanks to them I lost my baby this year because a doctor ordered me to do a sonogram. It was urgent to be able to do a cesarean section and since they didn't care and saw everything as relaxed, they scheduled it for 3 weeks later, knowing that it was urgent. They made me cry and wait for hours, and I ended up pregnant so they could treat me. They took advantage of the vulnerability of a pregnant woman. She could continue writing about the bad things they do in that place because there were more than a hundred lawsuits. They should fire all those who work in reception or close that center if they do not want to continue being filled with lawsuits."

"I come from afar and I loved this medical center especially for doctor killeen (David) but since he left making an appointment is impossible, in fact I made an appointment 3 months ago for today, and they tell me that they can't see me because the doctor is sick, they are supposed to have someone to replace at the time of the same appointment, I gave up everything to come here and on top of that the one in front told me why she had come 5 minutes late who were filling out a paper right there that they were not going to attend to me, what kind of professionalism is this? absolutely zero."

"I haven't been going there that much since I don't normally get sick so easily. This one time I requested an appointment via MyChart on a Sunday evening of the previous weekend not the Sunday that passed by. I received the notification yesterday and they gave me a video visit for the 20th at 7 PM. For one how would my doctor exam me via Zoom a video visit seems pointless when an examination is needed. It's a shame really. Not sure if anyone can relate. Then when I'm there at a few minutes early they take quite a while to register me for that visit. The doctor ends up seeing me late and I end up leaving late."

"I want to be clear that this review is for the front desk only because the doctors at that clinic are awesome but the front desk are rude with the patients, when you ask them a question they act like you are bothering them, they give you attitude and sometimes they make you go from one to the next just to answer a simple question. They don’t hide the fact that they feel you are disturbing them . Their costumer service is awful i think some of them should be fired or retrain and show them show them how you treat people, they make ir hard for you to get a simple thing as an appointment."

"This is a horrible practice. The doctors and nurses are great. However, the front staff is completely unprofessional. They are too busy cracking jokes and fooling around that they don’t attend you in a timely manner. I’m currently pregnant and waited 4 hours just so that they can schedule me my next OB appointment. This is outrageous. I don’t recommend this practice to anyone. Especially if you’re pregnant. They simply don’t care. Please save yourself the frustration and time. They need to hire a whole new front staff."
