One Medical: Tribeca

"I was super mad at ONE MEDICAL team that they failed to process screening request at the reasonable time for URGENT abdomen problem! The doctor had noted it was URGETN. However, it took the team more than 2 days to send the CT screening! Even after we contact the hospital, insurance company and the physicians, the hospital still dose NOT receive any referral from One Medical!!!! Please contact me back! I need your explanation!!!"

"This is the second time that One Medical virtual appointment has left me in the waiting room for over 30 mins. Back in the summer of 2021, the same thing happened. Granted, that was still at the height of Covid so I was a bit more understanding.. This time, I had a scheduled 3:30 telehealth appointment with Dr. Upadhyay. 40 mins later, nothing. During my wait, I called One Medical on my work phone to see what the deal was. They could not tell me anything. They tried, unsuccessfully, to reach the provider. Completely unprofessional and begs the question: What is the point of the membership fee if this is the type of service one gets?"
