"After I made the appointment and changed the doctor on my health insurance. They couldn't find it on their system and denied me service. 11/4/23 They wasted my time and energy and I'm in pain."

"One of the worst establishments I’ve been to. Beyond unprofessional, I got a physical done and I’ve been pulling teeth to try and get a copy of my physical. It’s been 3 weeks now and I have yet to receive the documents that I’ve paid for. The doctor gave me his word that they’d email the physical but never did. I will not be returning to this establishment. Don’t even waste your time coming here."

"Terrible,terrible service ! I get different doctors every time I go, I have to see a doctor every 3 months for refills which I can understand but if nothings changed n I don’t have any immediate reason to see a doctor why don’t they give at least a refill n schedule an appointment! No they absolutely are the worst reception I have ever encountered. The receptionist has a rude attitude n does not extend any client courtesy. He makes it difficult or better does not even help with communicating any message to a Doctor! It’s just absolutely wrong . If you have an appointment n get there you’re seen when your seen after they make it so you have to go in ! So dissatisfied n disappointed! Working on changing doctors! Please follow the reviews I am not the only one !"

"I do not recommend taking your baby to see the pediatrician here. It’s horrible! Dr.Miles is good when handling the baby HOWEVER she give you no information what so ever when it comes to your child’s health. I left the clinic clueless about what is going on with my baby. I asked her a question regarding if the situation was bad and she had the nerve to tell me I am not asking the right question and proceeded to ignore my question. Please stay away from here. Also the front desk staff is not friendly. I keep hearing queens is the best for pediatrics!"

"About two weeks ago I scheduled an appointment. I been to this location before and I can say that I agree with some of the other reviews about the staff being unprofessional. I like the Gynecologist that I was assigned and that’s the only reason why I returned. However, this time I show up to my appointment and they notify me that my insurance is no longer accepted. I got reminder calls and emails about this appointment which is great but I guess no one had the efficiency to notify me that my insurance was no longer accepted. Then the lady at the front desk had the audacity to tell me “ it’s right there in the poster” as if is my fault for this issue. If you consider this location, just make sure that you triple check so they don’t waste your time."
