"I recently visited the West 77th Street Medrite on the Upper West Side of Manhattan because I had a sore throat and wanted to be Covid tested. My experience at this Medrite facility was excellent. The. staff were kind (thank you Candida & Mallory) thoughtful, and. went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. "I have been sick for a few weeks. Today i got a chest xray They gave me cough medicine and it's a good thing I looked it up. I can't take it with my every day medicine. If I took it I could have a sezuire. I would give them a zero if I could."
"We were visiting and staying at a hotel half a block away. The night we arrived we had been out on the town and took a Lyft drive home in an SUV. My wife fell climbing out of the backseat and severely sprained her ankle. Everyone at this place was very professional but also really nice. I was able to get her seen right away; complete with X-rays. I cannot recommend this place enough. Best Urgent Care experience ever."
"Came here today to address a foot problem I was having and I can confidently say that it was the best Urgent Care experience I've ever had. I filled out the pre-registration online and arrived around 3-4 PM. I didn't have to wait very long to be seen and the receptionist even helped my process my co-pay while I was sitting down so I could rest my leg. In the clinic, I was seen promptly by the assistant and the doctor who were both very friendly and attentive. By the end of the visit, I was given a pair of crutches which allowed me to go back home pain free and I was able to quickly pick up my prescriptions just across the street. It's been a few hours now, but I'm already feeling much better now after resting and taking my medications. Overall, I highly recommend this location to anyone for their urgent care needs. All the staff are kind, helpful, and helped make my otherwise painful day so much better."
