"Widespread APATHY - given many chances this clinic only has gotten worse. Directors have systematically gotten rid of the best empathic staff and doctors. They avoid any confrontation and the staff has been trained to show no feelings or remorse nonetheless to use their brains. As soon as you start to question them the security intimidation guard prevents any seeming outcry. They will not give out phone number of the director as she is always "Busy". Don't expect a phone call in return. If you are one not to complain or question anything and you like robots to treat you and then expect robotic answers with no feeling or thought this is the place for you."
