"Food service and atmosphere were all great. They had probably the best pho that I’ve had in NJ so far. I took one star off because both of the water glasses that they put on our table were very dirty (one of them had a long piece of hair stuck to it and the other one had a lot of finger marks on the rim). Other than dirty glassware, everything was great and I highly recommend their pho."

"First time at this place and they sat 5 of us very quickly. Had great expectations based on that but the service was both bad and good. The place was busy and it seemed a bit under staffed but that wasn't really my issue. I ordered the pork chop Pho and it was delicious. It came out a good while after everyone else's food came out though and that seemed to be consistent. They would bring one thing out at a time instead of altogether so I waited and waited. Then I didn't get the normal jalapenos, cilantro, bean sprouts, etc so I asked for it and it never came out. Meanwhile tables across from us got it right away. All the dishes tasted amazing so they really get 3.5 stars for that. I'd return again but not a third time if the service repeats this nonsense. It also took forever to get the check after we asked for it. Could easily be a 4 or even 5 star from me if they fix these issues. The Thai iced tea didn't taste right. Wasn't the best I've had. Seemed to taste cardboard from a container or something."

"The look of the restaurant is very chic. The ambiance and the decor is pretty modern and you will definitely like the vibe as soon as you enter. Our server Michael was very attentive and did a great job. However when it comes to the food I was not completely satisfied. We ordered multiple things. Pork bahnmi sandwich, kids beef pho, regular brisket pho, beef and pork chili oil noodle soup, sizzling fillet with fried rice. The broth was good and the meatballs were delicious but the briskets were very tough and chewy. We all love briskets but not sure what the problem was here."

"We came for lunch on a Saturday with a party of 8. The service was great. The servers were attentive and friendly, and gave us good recommendations on what to order. The restaurant was spacious and comfortable. The food was tasty and portions are very big. Would come again."

"My first time at Lua was wonderful. Our waiter I believe was Lasha it says on our receipt. He was accommodating throughout our lunch and gave fantastic customer service. I love the decor in the restaurant as you can see in the pictures. My favorite order was the iced milk coffee but unfortunately I spilled it and thankfully our kind waiter replaced it for us. The food was delicious and the service was above and beyond. I definitely recommend this restaurant is your feeling for some delicious Vietnamese food with fantastic service."
