"Below-average....sigh...I always saw customers lined out of this restaurant and it is always is packed, and one of my co-workers told me this place was good, so figured I would give it a try. Unfortunately the food is slightly more expensive than the other resturants nearby, and the quality just isn't as fresh. I ordered pickled fish fillet soup and my husband and I agreed the broth tasted off and stale. The dumpling meat tasted cheap with too much filler. And the eggplant with minced pork meal was uneventful and meagre in size. The minced pork was such a little amount as well. Maybe we ordered the wrong things, but we will not be going back here again. On the upside the service and ambiance are amazing!"

The food is consistently super good, with a menu that never fails to satisfy my taste buds (highly recommend pork soup dumplings & mapo tofu) Staff are very friendly. It's become a regular haunt for me, and I can't recommend it enough for those seeking a combination of great food and friendly service."

"So we have been wanting to try Tasty Moment for a while and we were in the area Saturday so we had dinner there. We literally had to wait an hour for a table at 5:45. So the interior is very nice and the menu had a lot of items on it that we weren't used to because there are a lot of irks that seem to be more authentic then the Chinese food at most restaurants in the area. But we had a nice gentlemen who has been here make some recommendations and they were spot on. We started with the soup dumplings that were delicious with a silky broth that was nice and hot as far as temperature and all the broth stayed inside!! The pork was delicious and there was a good amount of meat. The fried dumplings were also delicious! They were definitely homemade and bright me back to a restaurant I went to as a kid where the staff would be filling the dumplings during the after lunch break in customers. We got the ribs which were almost 1/2 the usual size. They were outstanding!! It was a sweet & tangy sauce and my wife literally dipped the veggies in the sauce after the robe disappeared!! We ordered the recommended rice cake stir fry with mushrooms that was a glutinous dough sliced thin then sautéed in a brown sauce that I will get again. We also had a sautéed udon with mushrooms that I think was the favorite dish we all shared. The tofu with crab was good, but I wouldn't order it again, it just wasn't our taste of an order. The same with the Chengdu fried rice. It had a good flavor but it want a soy sauce style fried rice and didn't really go over to well. If you like trying authentic items and love soup dumplings your won't be disappointed!! We will definitely be back!!"

"Such an amazing experience we had in Tasty Moment. Everyone says that soup dumplings here are very good but I’d recommend the stir fried udon with beef! Super flavorful and delicious! If you love something spicy and can have with white rice, Mapo Tofu is a great choice. Beef noodles soup is also pretty good. Although we went on Wednesday afternoon, we still had to wait for 20 minutes before there’s a table for us but it’s worth waiting for!"
