Bombay Spice II

"I can’t say enough about this place and the owner, Neil! I hosted a surprise party for my father’s 70th birthday, and it went beautifully! Neil made sure the restaurant was immaculate, and he even decorated the place just for the occasion. There were balloons above our table. The balloons were beautifully arranged on the ceiling. Neil’s staff were super courteous and helpful too! They went out of their way to help bring in the decor from my car and into the restaurant. I walked in with the cake and the staff voluntarily held the door and even offered to assist. As for the food, it was nothing short of amazing! The food was fresh, hot, and tasty! The staff pre-plated the food for each guest, instead of having the guests reach for the food at the table. The guests complimented the food and all of them were surprised with how fresh, hot, and tasty everything turned out. Everyone was impressed. I’m so happy I chose this restaurant as the venue for the dinner celebration! Neil even played music for our table (bollywood classics) and the happy birthday song played right when my father walked through the door. It was perfect, and the food was perfect. "Good food and ambience. Went on a weekday and the place was fairly busy. I felt the service could have been better. Ordered Chicken 65 noodles, chicken tikka curry and rumali roti. All the items were good. Update: Earlier I gave 4 stars bringing it down to 3 stars (I could give less). Ordered pickup on Friday evening, this time same order as above plus wanted lollipop, but the person taking the order suggested that they have a new starter which is lamb kebabs. Absolute disaster that dish was, it was soggy, not fresh. Seriously if you’re recommending something please be sure it is fresh and tasty. Else you might lose customers. Also, I feel the taste lacks consistency, the chicken tikka masala was so tangy. Nothing like we had it first time. Only the noodles in this order were good."

"The place is hard to find as it’s behind highway and not really visible from road, there is limited parking in the area as well. Their Kathi rolls and chaat are really good and presentation is good too. Good ambiance."

"After reading so many positive reviews of this restaurant I decided to give it a try finally. The food exceeded my expectations. There are so many unique dishes such as Chicken 65 rice and butter chicken kati roll. The butter chicken kati roll was not on the menu but is a chefs special and one that my serve recommended to me. Definitely ask your server what they recommend because there are dishes they will make that are not listed on the menu. Tamya was my server and she recommended many excellent dishes. She was also very nice. Also, Kalyan was very kind and also helped serve me. I highly recommend having one of them serve you."

"This was our first time in Bombay Spice!! We ordered the amazing tokri chaat and indo Chinese sizzler!! This is one of the few restaurants that serve sizzlers! Definitely going there again to try out their Punjabi variations and kathi rolls!"
