"I made an appointment for my 6 yr old dog to have a dental cleaning, since he had some plaque on his molars When I picked her up , the receptionist casually mentioned that they had extracted two small teeth from the lower side front because it was infected I feel that something is not right here. Shouldn't they have gotten my consent to pull the tooth? Or shouldn't the vet at least have talked to me before doing this. Those beautiful small teeth always were famous among my family, we have a bunch of photos of his smile . Don't take your pets there ."

"I took my cat for neutering with his brother and my cat died. They only said that it never happened before, the “doctor” never came to tell me he sorry or anything. Just the assistant or whoever those girls were. They gave back the money for the surgery and have me “free” cremation just if I didn’t want w ashes back so a I had to pay for it. And all they could say was we have a cat of the same age if you wanted we can give it to you right now. I don’t know what happened but my cat was in perfect condition he had no problems and was 9 months old kitten. This yo me was very upsetting because no one game an reasonable answer. Worst place ever. Also after what happened to me a friend told me she took her cat there because she thought it was pregnant and the vet said that it wasn’t just with an xr and the cat ended up with 5 kittens. Don’t ever trust this place"

"I went to this place with insulin prescription, and they don't sell it unless your pet has been here before, which means if you had spent $$$ My vet didn't have insulin, but I had the prescription, and they didn't sell it to me because my pet hasn't been there (spend money on the clinic. Good to know, so I will never go here. Just imagine a hospital that denied help when it is an emergency."

"I went to this place because my cat had a cyst on her lower lip, I didn't like the fact they want to take my cat to the examination room without me. They didn't explained to me what's exactly or why my cat has that cyst. They said my cat has gingivitis which is not true I see my cats teeth as normal. They charged me $95 for the examination and for antibiotics. This place gives me bad vibes. I won't bring my pet here ever again!"

"STAY AWAY THIS PLACE IS SHADY I took my cat here for routine dental care. They started by examining her and did not let me go to the exam room. This was immediately a red flag. No other office I have ever been to has told me to stay in the waiting room for a routine examination. No questions for me about what I was seeing that indicated she was in pain and no follow-up questions on her symptoms. The receptionist comes out saying she needs a dental cleaning and that they can do it this afternoon. So they thought it would be fine to sedate my cat without fasting her? Also no one checked her previous vet records. I never spoke to the doctor or even a vet tech. At first I agreed to it before turning around and getting her back. This place seems like a front for something. I took her to Modern Vet care which was much better and have her scheduled for a dental cleaning."
