The receptionist on the phone was kind, took the necessary information and was able to provide a sme day appointment. Once I got there the facility was clean, the front desk was efficient, and all of the staff were great. My pup and I had a great experience and would come back for a regular visit as well as an emergency (if needed although I hope not lol)"
