"All Old day care it's money. I tried to book appointment for a librela shot . We haven't been in a clinic few years since I don't live in Glendale, but my local vet moved further so to get the monthly shot for older dog I was not able to talk on the phone as the main head technician was trying to over talk me and say they need appointment she didn't care for me to finish a sentence she just was over talking me instead of me trying to get all the blood work and other results that were just done within less than a month from my current to her office. She was insisting on a visit to pay for the visit and then maybe get the shot, she didn't mention neither said how much it cost, my first question. I would not recommend the place per the customer service. The main technician said that I cannot talk to anybody else but to her that she is the manager. The vet owner is not available on Mondays and she would say the same."

The staff will take every measure to explain every procedure being done.
