"I saw Dr. Kim (at the West 51st location) for the first time for my annual exam. She was so patient and thoughtful! She answered all of my questions and really made me feel at ease. The nurse and receptionists were also very friendly. I’m happy and so relieved to have found this place!"
"First time there for an annual checkup. Booked online, which was then canceled, so called to reschedule the appointment with Dr Kim, after being told that my first appointment was canceled as Dr Kim was not available at the 67th location though had a slot in the 51st location. Went there, facility was very clean and front desk ladies were great. However, my entire checkup was done by the PA (who, don't get me wrong, was very good) but I was left confused as to why I wasn't being seen by Dr Kim through any of this process. Later I asked one of the nurses if I was going to see Dr Kim and she told me that Dr Kim was on medical leave. The entire experience was pleasant, though I felt dishonesty in the process as no one had told me when making the appointment (for the first time as a new patient!) that Dr Kim was absent and I would be seen just by the PA. If that was the case, I would not have even made the appointment. I felt they should have told me upfront, or at the least, once I got there."
