"I usually see Dr. Gavrilman, for the past few years, who I have liked and the office called me the day of to say that she was out sick the day, and would I mind seeing another doctor? I said that is fine. They did not tell me I would be seeing a male doctor, Dr. Shahim, and I do not like seeing male gyns. Dr. Shahim seemed like he was in a rush, answered my questions vaguely, I had to remind him twice to look at something, and was dismissive to any complaints. I would never see Dr. Shahim again. He was dismissive, didn't explain anything, and left me scared with questions. This was a horrible experience."

"The care at Manhattan Women’s Health is personal and genuine. I always leave feeling cared for, heard and respected. Their staff members, especially Camille, are professional, compassionate and easy to work with. I see Katie Sharp. She is knowledgeable, patient and attentive and makes me feel confident and empowered to manage any health concerns. I hate going to the doctor and always dread it for the weeks leading up to the appointment, but this whole office makes me feels at ease. I cannot recommend them highly enough."
"This place is just ok. I can see the benefit of having a smaller group of doctors to rotate through and work with during pregnancy. Dr Wu’s bedside manner is very caring and gentle. However, when I reflect on my time coming to this clinic I feel quite unsatisfied. The front office staff is (overall) low quality: i realized this after switching to Columbia Doctors where the receptionists were organized, knowledgeable and helpful. More importantly after two miscarriages I was, in my view prematurely, referred to a fertility specialist who was honestly horrible. A glorified salesman who charged me $600 just to have a conversation. The fact that they would send me there left a bad taste in my mouth."
