"I bought a phone here last week had an issue with it and tried to return it. I was told by the manager josh at the store that i could not return it without paying a fifty dollar stocking fee even though the phone didnt work. i was yelled at by the manager josh and told that he is the manager and he makes the rules. i asked to speak for contact information of the regional manager and was told he doesnt have it and he makes the rules for this store. i proceeded to call custom service immediately and they refunded me and sent me a new phone."
