"Poorly run and understaffed. Self service dog wash center is in disrepair. Unfilled soap bottle and dryer blower that doesn't push enough air to dry a hamster. Store aisle floors are strewn with uncleaned merchandise and nobody at registers while 3 staffers are outside smoking. Nice place."

"You should park in a spot (if you come for the parking.) Nothing is really curbside in NYC. Pet Supplies Howard Beach QNS faces the sun on the east side. Go in. The parking lot could use an ADA look-see. Pet Supplies wet food "store brand?" is my furbaby's new favorite. meow. Also: shh.. Store is stocked and organized. 3 minutes, they find my order. sweet"
"Store is OK but issue is they don't keep the food I use for my dog in stock at this location and they also raising prices gradually I live close to this location but have to go to a further location just to get the bag I use this location don't keep this food on the shelves if it selling out that fast why not order a larger quantity keep it available."
"I won’t trust my Luna with anyone but Miss Lisa! She has made my fearful girl beyond comfortable and she looks forward to her grooming appointments. She does wonderful work and is always reliable. Cannot recommend her enough!!"
