"This place is great ! They basically have everything. Most pet stores are limited on cat things and are usually more focused on dogs which would be annoying because what you're looking for is sold out within a day. But not with pet club; they have a great variety of products for not only dogs and cats, but birds, turtles, hamsters, etc. Customer service is great, the guy working there answered all my questions and made some great recommendations. Almost everything was in stock the few times i've visited. Overall, Pet club is my new go to spot for my cat and they're definitely worth a visit."
"The only negative I can say about this store is that I just moved into the area and it's literally one block away from my apartment. Which means my wallet will be taking a hit quite often because my first experience was GREAT! We have both a dog and a rabbit (YES they love each other!) so as expected we have plenty to get for them often. I'm a huge advocate in supporting smaller businesses, especially during these trying times so when I walked by, I knew I had to give this store a chance. The owner greeted me as I walked in and I immediately told him how I just moved to the area and have a few pets of my own. We must have spent at least 15 minutes just chatting about Astoria, as he filled me in on the best food spots and the area in general. Not once did he try to sell me on something I didn't need, it was simply me asking a few questions and him being completely honest about the products. I walked out of there with toys and plenty of food, reasonably priced but most importantly, a local business owner who cares about his customers. I will most certainly be a regular! Thank you!"
