"THEY DESERVE MORE THAN 5 STARS ! I moved to Astoria about 4/5 years ago and this is the only pet store I’ll shop at. Tom and his crew go above and beyond for there customers and all the animals coming into there shop. I have 2 dogs and 2 cats and have introduced them to Tom as he is part of the family!! Tom has personally delivered me food for all of them on very short notice. He even will call a company to get them to send me the exact food I need as most of my animals are on a strict diet. With that strict diet he always lets me know what treats my boys can or can not have which is GREATLY appreciated!!! I could go on and on about the amazing staff and amazing products they sell. I highly recommend toms for anyone who has any animal. It’s definitely a one stop shop! Love you Tom and the crew❤️ Thanks for being the BEST"

After a quick Google search, I was on my way to Tom's Pet Supply and he helped me find the dog food I needed as well as made some great suggestions for all-natural treats.
