Hernandez, thank you for letting the cat out of the bag. property mgr. have the patience of a rattle snack. correct your issues will never get resolved by anyone. high rent increase, dirty and molded laundry rooms, false advertisement. Game room, or recreation room do not exist. I know these things, because my aunt use to live there. there is nothing luxury about this complex. Instead of corp. putting the time into fixing issues, they will spend wasted time, trying to find out, who gave them a negative review. people take a long tour around this complex, before submitting any paperwork for and apartment. Ask questions, and I promise you, your application will be denied. Take your money and go elsewhere. Three leasing agents all quit. Run.. Run"

"All the negative reviews are correct. Worst management/corporate team ever. If you have any issues they will not be addressed. Rebecca Tylka the community manager, disregards any of your issues and is never onsite of the community. Throughout our one year there, they have been through 3 leasing agents, maybe a new management team wouldn’t hurt either. Maintenance requests never get completed. If you are thinking of leasing of here, do not do it. You are better off going to another complex in the area."

"Don't waste your time and money trying to apply with these scammers. I made an application 1 week ago and the apartment was available to move into (the apartment is still available, as I called from another number and they offered me the same apartment), after you make the application and call for answers they simply “block” your number and they no longer answer you. They said I didn't have the necessary qualifications to be approved, but another condominium considered luxury that is close to this one approved me on the same day, without any problems since I receive 5x income and have a great background and score. They just use it because it takes so long to make money. They update the website, offer incentive promotions for us, but they lie. Be careful, the attendant Jennifer is very rude and she seems to only be there to open and close the door, she is not able to provide any assistance."

"Didn’t get a chance to live here but the application process was horrific. It was a 3 week long process. Sonia, the leasing agent had me send all of my information and then some. I even had my employer send in all my information for proof of income, just to have her in the end tell me I was short 7 hours of working 80 hours and it was a discrepancy. Avoid yourself the headache of applying here!"

"I have been living here for almost 4 months and it has not what I envisioned it to be. Pros: The residents are all nice and everyone keeps to themselves. Parking is not really that bad unless you are coming home late in the night. Pretty close to the train stations. Apartment itself "looks" nice. Cons: When we moved in, we were told there would be a pantry and there was none, washer machine made a lot of noise and clothes were dripping water when it is completed, the dryer needs to be run a minimum of two times to dry your clothes, fire alarms have gone off approximately 8 times in the last 2 weeks at all hours through the day/night, maintenance takes forever to do anything.... washer machine took almost 7 weeks to fix, maintenance goes into your apartment whenever they please. Most recently, maintenance tried coming into my apartment at 4AM in the morning without any notice. If it wasn't for the deadbolt in my apartment and my dog barking, he would have been standing in my room while we slept. I call the office to complain and nobody ever answers o return your phone calls. This is poorly managed and I advise to stay away if you enjoy your privacy and fast service. Here you will find none."
