"New and welcoming place"

"Relatively affordable housing conveniently located close to major roadway in NJ (GSP and 78). While this may be marketed as a "luxury" building there are no real amenities compared to other luxury buildings in Union. Also, the building is located on a busy street (throughway for fire trucks and noisy cars/motorcycles) and across from a restaurant with a large patio (plays music most nights of the week). So, wouldn't recommend for young families or lite sleepers. Also, no onsite property management, and "cheap" construction -- literally hear my upstairs neighbor constantly stomping around the apartment (sound insulation anyone?). Downstairs retail space still isn't occupied 3- years post construction-- not sure why -- it could be due to not-so-great location. But if you don't want to pay 2k+ for a 1 bedroom unit, this may be one of your better bets in the area."
