"We live in a day and age where we can have anything and everything delivered within hours but 13 days later after submitting a work order to have my closet repaired maintenance is still waiting on parts to complete the repair. If the closet was properly installed on studs in the first place the repair wouldn’t be needed. Guess I should repair the closet myself if I want it done anytime soon. Homedepot here I come."

"This review is in regards to the “touring”process. The tour is completely self guided which I am no stranger to. However, this “latch” system is extremely inefficient. Instead of most places that just give you a fob that allows you to access the apartments you’re scheduled to see, this system sends you an email with 8 different 7 digit codes to type in. Not 1 code worked. The people at the front desk were friendly and assisted as much as they could, but clearly they’ve been instructed to have potential residents follow the instructions given in the email. We had to call the number in the “Sidney” email to get a new set of codes. Although the woman we spoke to was very kind and helpful, the new set of codes didn’t work either. This system would probably make more sense if the property was 1 building. But this property consists of multiple buildings requiring you to go outside, walk to different buildings and then type in 7 digit codes on a tiny keypad, multiple times, only for them not to work. After speaking to a rep, waiting in the cold, trying the new codes multiple times, we ended up just leaving. Consider using a touring system that creates a seamless and pleasant experience for potential residents. As opposed to this process which was extremely irritating and a complete waste of time and gas."
