"Recently just moved out and let me begin by warning prospective tenants. The hot water system does not work properly. You will suffer from hot water issues, and while they are responsive about coming to the apartment, they fail to advise that the water heater is so far from the actual apartment that you run the risk of never having hot water. The ventilation in the bathroom is subpar, and the resident staff advised in the dead of winter to open the bathroom window, tenants are responsible for getting rid of the mold that accumulates. I had a roof leak in September and called emergency services 3 times before they finally came to paint the ceiling in November. Do not move in"
"Miguel Inspired by Mufasa. always on point with the issues in our apartment. Helped us fix dishwasher and bathroom issues immediately he came for inspection. Pleasant to work it. Wish I could give him more than 5 stars!"
"We finally have the best maintenance team. I summited a request and the maintenance director came and inspected my bathroom and within hours my problems were resolved. I’m happy to live here and I’m very grateful for the customer service that the maintenance team has provided to me and my family."
"I had a bathroom issue recently and I’m proud to say that the New Mill Run Maintenance Team have worked on it to make right again, this is happening because finally there is leadership by the New Supervisor, I see changes on the landscape, things are getting repair it a timely fashion, this is Real Team Work at its Best! I have confidence in this New Team with all their abilities to continue on a path of keeping Mill Run looking Great for all to Enjoy!!!! Thank You!"
