"this place is right next to the highway, the noise is very loud when you walk outside or when you open your windows. And any problem or issue that only affect resident but not the property would be considered as normal, they would just tell you that's normal instead of fixing it..."
"I have lived at Woodmont Knolls for 15 months and just renewed my lease for another 15. I love the community and my home is just great. Love the layout and it is perfect for my family. The amenities are outstanding - clubhouse, workout room, pool - are all well-kept and a great convenience. Perfect location. Jenna the property manager is fantastic - she addresses my issues promptly and she is always kind. John the maintenance supervisor is also friendly and every single issue (they have been limited) has been immediately addressed. Woodmont Knolls has exceeded my expectations in every way!"
"Decent layout of the various apartment styles, however, seemingly quite old and very very dusty. There's a flight of about 25 steps to climb up to second floor units. Though parking seems to be ample for the amount of tenants, it is not at all assigned."
